The Challenge

As one the of worlds largest retailers, M&S rely upon a huge network of systems, architectures and third=parties from legacy applications that process £billions of transactions to innovative digital apps. They needed to adopt a development process and culture that would meet the demands of an enterprise IT organisation.

The Solution

We introduced Behavioural Driven Development as part of DevOps to align development and operations teams around the business goals and drive excellence across the whole software delivery lifecycle. The jMCore framework and mBDD improved project delivery through saving time and effort but more importantly through creating better requirements.
